Nearest Airport

The Minneapolis-St. Paul International (MSP) Airport is approximately a 27-minute drive (22 miles) from the Mystic Lake Hotel. MSP Airport is designed with two terminals approximately 1 mile apart on different sides of the airfield. Both terminals are easily accessible by a light rail transit service that is free of charge.

Ground Transportation
Taxicabs, Uber and Lyft rideshare services, and rental car companies can be found at each MSP Airport terminal. The cost of a one-way taxicab ride to the Mystic Lake Hotel is approximately $67.00. All taxicab fares are metered with a $2.50 flag fee and include a $4.00 airport access fee that is added to the final metered fare. An Uber or Lyft ride to the hotel would cost approximately $43.00.

Hotel Shuttle
The Mystic Lake Hotel does not provide airport shuttle service. Alternate transportation services are available with SuperShuttle, the leader in airport transportation, and with taxicab service. Note: Fees and fares apply to these services.

Traveling by Car

Driving From the North

• Take US Highway 169 South to County Road 83 (Mystic Lake Drive, N.W.) and follow it for 3.6 miles.
• See the digital signage on the overpass, which will direct you to the right lane of traffic, and follow Dakota Parkway.
• At the roundabout, take the third exit onto Mystic Center Drive.
• Continue to the Mystic Lake Center event parking lot.

Driving From the South

• Take 1-35 North to 185th Street and follow it to County Road 21.
• Turn left on County Road 82 and then turn right on County Road 83 (Mystic Lake Drive, N.W.).
• Continue under the overpass, turn left on Dakota Parkway, and follow Dakota Parkway.
• At the roundabout, take the third exit onto Mystic Center Drive.
• Continue to the Mystic Lake Center event parking lot.

Rental Cars
Rental car services are available at both terminals. If your flight lands at Terminal 1, rental car counters are located on the ground level of the Silver Parking Ramp. If your flight lands at Terminal 2, rental car counters are in the Ground Transportation Center on the ground level of the Purple Parking Ramp.
